Extending Outdoors are an associated company to Extending Outdoors Leisure who have built a good reputation for installing quality swimming pool enclosures throughout the UK since 1991. We have been marketing retractable enclosures in the UK since 1991 when they were first imported from Europe. Before then we had been constructing large span buildings such as conservatories, orangeries, glass extensions and swimming pool enclosures in timber, aluminium and Upvc so have gained a great deal of experience in construction in this market as well as, planning and building regulations.
All work carried out is fully guaranteed and our products are all fitted by our own fitters and offer nationwide coverage. We have over 35 years’ experience in bespoke made to measure glass extensions, conservatories and orangeries.

Our products are manufactured by ERHADT Markisenbau whose headquaters are in Burtenbach, Bavaria and Azenco who are based near Toulouse in France. We chose to partner with these companies as they have the highest standards that you would expect from German and French engineering.
Everything begins in 1980 – Robert Erhardt founds the company ERHARDT Markisenbau in his garage at home. At its headquarters in Burtenbach, Bavaria, around 250 employees manufacture a wide range of products for sun protection, patio roofing and outdoor living. The individual components of the awnings and terrace roofs are manufactured in Germany and meet the highest standards.At ERHARDT Markisen, you will find the right sun protection for different areas of use, whether a terrace, garden or balcony is involved.
The Azenco group designs and manufactures in France a range of pool protection systems, swimming pool enclosures and slatted covers. Azenco also offers outdoor enclosures, terrace enclosures, pergola, bioclimatic pergola, car enclosures and awnings. Design, innovation, reliability, high-quality and safety are the company trademarks.Finally, Azenco Group puts its expertise to specific industrial and professional applications: public swimming pools, salt containers, washing stations, water treatment plants, restaurant terraces, enclosures on boats.
